30th Anniversary Party.
October saw us celebrating 30 years of Loscoe Women's Institute.
We held a party, with 70's style clothing optional.
As you can see from the photos everyone had a great time

Another highly successful evening, with thanks to everyone involved.
Great food, lovely venue, wonderful company and a marvelous drama group.

Mystery Tour.
Photos from our Mystery Tour with afternoon tea.
A rather wet Wednesday afternoon saw us off on our Mystery Tour.
The rain didn't dampen our spirits although it did dampen a few members
when it came in through the open skylight in the coach.
Our driver had to stop and close the skylight before we needed to put our
umbrellas up.

Skittles Night at The Eclipse.
Our July meeting was held at The Eclipse Inn, Loscoe.
The evening was spent playing pub skittles,
it was great fun, with everyone joining in and having a
brilliant evening.

Our day out at Southwell Workhouse.
On the 22nd June,!6 Members and friends from Loscoe WI went to
The Workhouse at Southwell .
We had a great time, and learnt alot about life for the poor and destitute
in the 19th Century.
Southwell Workhouse is well worth a visit as you will see if
you click Here We also had some time in Southwell visiting the Minster.
Visit to Ridgeway Craft Centre and Renishaw Hall Gardens.
Members and friends met at Loscoe Post Office on a rather overcast day.
We were off to the Rigeway Craft Centre where we would spend a couple of hours
before going on to Renishaw Hall gardens.

Members from The West Leys Group met at Shipley Park Visitors centre for a spring walk.

It was another beautiful day as members, husbands and friends met outside Loscoe Post Office This trip was to Stratford Upon Avon.
