Our Mystery Tour

What a beautiful day it was when we boarded the bus outside Loscoe Post Office
for a Mystery Tour around Derbyshire Peak District.

The sun was shining, the sky was blue and the company was wonderful.
Everything you could want for a lovely afternoon.

Our first stop was in Hartington Village.
Some ladies visited the cheese shop, while others just enjoyed the sunshine.

Then on to Monsal Head and a stop to admire the view.
The clear skies and warm weather made it a lovely spot to enjoy.

The views from the car park at Monsal Head make it well worth a visit.

Our driver then took us round the village of Eyam.
We ended the afternoon at Great Hucklow Village Hall.
The ladies of Great Hucklow and Districk WI served us
tea and home made cakes.

There was plenty of time to chat
while we had tea and cakes

We all gathered together out side the hall
ready to board the bus home.

The route home took us through Chatsworth Park and Matlock.
Glovers of Ashbourne provided the bus and driver for the day. Many Thanks
