Derbyshire Tour and Afternoon Tea.

Loscoe WI annual tour around the villages of the Peak District.

Once again members and friends from Loscoe Women's Institute could be seen loitering outside Loscoe Post Office, with intent to board a bus and have a lovely afternoon. Our first stop was Hartington village where we had plenty of time to visit the shops and enjoy an ice cream, or just sit in the sunshine and watch the world go by.
Janet, Mary, Beatrice and Audrey enjoy the sun. Jenni, Betty and Kath have time for a quiet rest. Some of the group, come on all look this way. Ahh! That's better.
Norma has a go at Pole dancing. Back on our Glover's Bus.
After a drive around the country side we came to Monyash, where the ladies of Monyash WI had prepared a wonderful afternoon tea.
There was cheese or ham salad followed by home made cakes and scones, with plenty of cups of tea.
The three J's.. Janet, June and Jackie. Kath, Chris and Eve Chris, Eve and one of ou guests. Mary and Beatrice.
